1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MyWebStore24 website and platform ("MyWebStore24", "we", "us", "our"), including every store hosted on it. MyWebStore24 is operated by 7Technosoft Solutions LLP, India. By using the platform, creating an account, opening a store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. About the Platform

MyWebStore24 is software that lets businesses ("Store Owners") run their own online stores, and lets shoppers ("Customers") buy from those stores. Each store is run by an independent Store Owner. Unless a product is clearly sold by MyWebStore24 itself, the seller of every product is the Store Owner, and the contract of sale is between the Customer and the Store Owner. MyWebStore24 is a technology provider and not a party to that contract.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for keeping your password and one-time passwords confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must tell us immediately about any unauthorised use of your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that give false information or break these Terms.

4. Terms for Store Owners

Subscription: the features available to your store depend on your plan. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. See the Plan Billing and Cancellation policy for how upgrades, cancellation and refunds work.
Store content: you are solely responsible for your store name, products, prices, descriptions, images, offers and policies, and for making sure they are accurate and lawful.
Legal compliance: you must hold every licence and registration your business needs, including GST registration where applicable, and comply with consumer protection, tax and e-commerce laws.
Orders and customers: you are responsible for product quality, packing, shipping, returns, refunds, cancellations and customer complaints for orders placed in your store.
Customer data: you may use customer information only to fulfil orders and support customers, as described in our Privacy Policy.
WhatsApp: you may connect your own WhatsApp Business account to your store. If you do, you must follow the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and you may send messages only to customers who have agreed to hear from you. Meta charges you directly for the messages it bills, and these charges are not part of your MyWebStore24 plan. Meta may limit or block your number under its own policies, and MyWebStore24 is not responsible for that. You can disconnect WhatsApp at any time from your store admin.
Third-party services: payments, shipping and messaging may be provided through partners such as Razorpay, Shiprocket and Meta (WhatsApp), and your use of them is also subject to their terms.

5. Terms for Customers

Orders: placing an order is an offer to buy. The Store Owner may accept or decline it, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error.
Pricing: prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout. Shipping charges are shown before you pay.
Payment: online payments are processed by our payment partners. Cash on delivery is available only where the store offers it.
WhatsApp: when you message a store on WhatsApp, you are talking to that store, which may read and reply to your messages from MyWebStore24. An order agreed in a WhatsApp chat is an order with that store, like any other order.
Shipping, returns and refunds: these are governed by the policies of the store you buy from. Please read them before ordering.
Product issues: questions about product quality, warranty or delivery should be raised with the Store Owner first. If the issue is not resolved, you may contact us and we will try to help, but the Store Owner remains responsible for the product and the sale.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the platform to:

Sell or promote illegal, counterfeit, stolen, hazardous or restricted goods or services.
Infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right.
Post false, misleading, offensive, obscene or defamatory content.
Commit fraud, place fake orders or reviews, or misuse payment methods or promotions.
Send spam, bulk or unsolicited messages, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you.
Upload viruses or malicious code, or try to hack, overload or disrupt the platform.
Scrape, copy or collect data from the platform or other users without permission.
Access another store's or user's data without authorisation.

7. Intellectual Property

The MyWebStore24 name, logo, website design, themes and software are owned by MyWebStore24 or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or resell them without our written permission. Store Owners keep ownership of their own content and give MyWebStore24 a non-exclusive licence to host, display and promote it for the purpose of operating the platform.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account or store, remove content, or cancel orders if we reasonably believe these Terms or the law have been broken, or to protect users or the platform. Store Owners may close their store at any time from their account or by contacting us. Obligations that by their nature should continue, such as payments due, intellectual property and limits on liability, continue after termination.

9. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. MyWebStore24 does not make, stock, inspect or ship the products sold by Store Owners, and gives no warranty about their quality, safety, legality or the accuracy of their descriptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyWebStore24 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to MyWebStore24 in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyWebStore24, its directors, employees and partners from any claims, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the platform, your content or products, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of the registered office of 7Technosoft Solutions LLP.
