Plan billing and cancellation
Last updated October 5, 2026
This policy is for Store Owners. It explains how your MyWebStore24 plan is billed.
Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Plan payments are collected through Razorpay. Your plan price and billing period are shown when you choose the plan.
Upgrading
- You can move to a higher plan at any time.
- The unused part of your current billing period is credited toward the new plan, so you pay only the difference.
- The new plan starts straight away and its billing period starts from the day you upgrade.
Cancelling
- You can stop automatic renewal at any time. Your store keeps working on its plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a renewal payment fails and is not resolved, the plan can lapse and the store may move to a plan with fewer features.
Refunds
- Plan fees are not refundable once a billing period has started, unless this policy or the law says otherwise.
- If you were charged by mistake or twice, tell us through the Contact page and we will correct it.
Nothing in this policy changes who is responsible for orders. Refunds to your customers are decided by you, as the seller.
Returns, refunds, and cancellation
Last updated October 5, 2026
MyWebStore24 provides the software that stores run on. Every store is run by an independent seller, and the seller is responsible for the products, shipping, returns, refunds and cancellations of orders placed in their store. MyWebStore24 does not sell, inspect, hold or ship the products, and does not guarantee product quality.
What this means for Customers
- Each store publishes its own return, refund and cancellation terms. Read them before you order.
- Questions about quality, damage, wrong items or refunds go to the store first, from your order page or the store's contact page.
- Refunds on online payments are paid back to the original payment method by the payment gateway, usually within 5 to 7 business days of the seller approving them. Bank processing time may add to this.
- Cash on delivery refunds are sent to the bank account or UPI ID you give the seller.
- If a seller does not respond or you cannot resolve the issue, you can contact us through the grievance process. We will try to help, but we cannot decide a refund the seller has not agreed to.
What this means for Sellers
- You must publish clear return, refund and cancellation terms in your store and follow them.
- You must handle complaints fairly and within the time the law requires.
- Failing to resolve customer complaints can lead to suspension of your store under the Terms of Use.
Shipping and delivery
Last updated October 5, 2026
- Orders are packed and shipped by the seller, either by themselves or through shipping partners connected to their store.
- The estimated dispatch and delivery time is shown by the store on the product page or at checkout and depends on your location.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
- When an order ships, the store shares tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp where available.
- Delays caused by weather, strikes, courier issues or other events outside our control are not a fault of the seller or MyWebStore24, but the seller should help you track the order.
- Please check the package at delivery and refuse it if it is visibly tampered with.
- Shipping problems such as a lost or delayed parcel should be raised with the seller first.
Payments and pricing
Last updated October 5, 2026
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Whether a price includes GST is shown on the product page and at checkout.
- Online payments by UPI, cards, net banking and wallets are processed by RBI-regulated payment gateways such as Razorpay, Paytm and PhonePe, depending on what the store has connected.
- MyWebStore24 and its sellers never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
- Cash on delivery is available only where the store offers it.
- If a price is listed incorrectly, the seller may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- A tax invoice is issued by the seller for every order.
- Payments for store orders go to the seller. MyWebStore24 is not the seller of the products.
