Delete your data.
You can ask us to delete the personal data MyWebStore24 holds about you at any time. Here is how, and what happens next.
If you bought from a store
Send us your request from the email address or phone number you used to sign in or order, and tell us which store or stores you ordered from. We delete your account, saved addresses, wishlist and chats with the store.
If you run a store
Send us your request from the email address of the store owner's account, with your store name. We delete your account, your store and its data, including the customer details your store collected.
How to send a request
- Email hello@mywebstote24.com with the subject Data deletion request.
- Or use our contact form, choose Something else and start your message with Data deletion request.
We confirm your request and finish deleting your data within 30 days. Records that the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and payment records, are kept only for as long as the law requires.
Signed in with Facebook or Instagram
You can also remove MyWebStore24 from your Facebook account under Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, or from Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. This stops us receiving any new data from that account. To delete the data we already hold, send a request as described above.
Sellers: to stop MyWebStore24 using your WhatsApp Business number, open WhatsApp in your store admin and choose Disconnect. We delete the access to your WhatsApp account straight away and stop receiving your messages. Your WhatsApp Business app keeps working as before. To also delete the chats and files already stored in MyWebStore24, send a request as described above. You can also remove MyWebStore24 in Meta Business Settings under Integrations → Connected apps.
Shoppers: if you messaged a store on WhatsApp, the store's chats are stored on MyWebStore24 for that store. Send a request as described above, with the phone number you used, and we will delete them. Messages also stay on your own phone and on the store's phone, which we cannot delete.
