Every store on MyWebStore24 is run by an independent seller. Here is how payments and data are handled, and what to do when something goes wrong.
Payments
Handled by regulated gateways
Online payments are processed by RBI-regulated payment gateways such as Razorpay. MyWebStore24 and its sellers never see or store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.
Sign-in
One-time codes, not passwords
Customers sign in with a one-time code or their Google account, so there is no store password to steal.

Used to deliver your order
Sellers may use customer details only to fulfil orders and offer support.
Sellers
Rules every store accepts
Sellers agree to list truthfully, ship on time, and honour their own return policy. Stores that break the rules can be suspended.
Staying safe
If you are buying
- Check the address ends in .mywebstore24.com before you pay
- Never share a one-time code or UPI PIN with anyone, including the seller
- Read the store’s return policy before you order
- Check the parcel at delivery, and refuse it if it looks tampered with
- Keep your order confirmation until the item arrives
If you are selling
- Use a strong password for your dashboard, and do not share logins
- Give staff their own account with only the access they need
- Confirm a UPI payment in your bank app, not from a screenshot
- We will never ask for your password or a one-time code
